i appreciated new-fashioned room and its clean bathroom. a good choice of food for breakfast, which was delicious to satisfy everyone. the location was great in a perfect area, close enough to second road & beach road, many good cheap restaurants, bars and cafes and the market.

We were in Pattaya for 14 days, had PERFECTLY PLEASANT stay, the hotel was neat with exceptionally nice location close enough to the main nightlife. The service was excellent and the pool was clean.

Sunview Place is a well-priced and absolutely amazing place to stay with free Wi-Fi and city views. The staff is very friendly throughout. The modern standard king room features comfortable beds. It's the hotel of choice in Pattaya.

Rooms are reasonably large with the air con, food is fabulous. The location is perfect and they have parking onsite. Would stay here again if I go to Pattaya, thoroughly enjoyed my perfectly pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful Christmas experience at this hotel. The pool was well-maintained and clean, and the breakfast had a great variety of food options to choose from. The hotel's location was perfect for us as it was within walking distance of the major attractions, making it easy for us to explore the area. We also appreciated the friendly staff who were always willing to assist us with any requests we had during our stay.

The bathroom could have used a few updates to make it more modern. The shower curtains looked a bit outdated and could have been replaced with something more modern.
